Merge Management Reporter Reports and distribute to restaurant managers via email Monthly

CHALLENGE:     A Pizza Hut Franchisee was struggling with distributing four monthly reports to each of their 160 store and area managers. They were utilizing Management Reporter but did not give store managers access to SharePoint.

SOLUTION:      With Messenger EDD’s bursting feature they For each of the

first three reports Messenger would burst each report into 160 PDFs that

were archived by store. When the fourth report was run it would also burst it into

160 PDFs but then retrieve the three reports for each store, merge them together and then email them accordingly to each store and area manager.
