If you are interested in seeing a short on-line demonstration or have any questions regarding our products, please give us a call.  Most on-line demos take between 15-25 minutes. Liaison Software Corporation prefers selling their products through their Authorized Dealer Channel.

Please contact your Microsoft or Sage Software Reseller (if applicable) or contact us directly to see if your Reseller is an Authorized Dealer of our products.  If you are interested in any Liaison product and you are not associated or supported by a dealer or if your in-house IT department handles all system needs, please contact us directly.

All first-time Customer orders are pre-paid. Purchase Orders are not accepted as forms of payment.

Liaison Software Corporation offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee commencing from the Date of Purchase.
Terms and Conditions
All new system sales require a 1 year Annual Support and Maintenance Contract; however, support does come with 30 days free support after which the annual maintenance agreement begins.

Our Annual Support and Maintenance contracts are 18% of the original SRP purchase price of the product.

Technical Support renewal invoices are generally sent 6 weeks prior to expiration and will be assigned Net30 terms.

Liaison Software Corporation requires a special use license to be purchased if Liaison Messenger or Liaison CRM is to be utilized with/for a third party in a leased, rental or ASP model.
Installations
Remote Installations are available and typically takes 2 hours from start to finish. We charge 150.00/hr for Installation and Training as well.

Minimum System Requirements

As with any product, the performance of software can vary greatly based upon the hardware you put in place.  In other words, if you're going to force Grandma into representing your brood in the 100 meter dash at the next Family Olympics, keep your expectations to a minimum.

These minimum requirements cover all the Liaison Products; from Liaison CRM to Liaison Messenger EDD unless specifically stated.

Therefore, we have put together a "minimum" system requirement. This is not the optimum system requirement.  By all means, feel free to exceed any minimum where applicable.  We are also a part of the Microsoft Beta Community, so future releases (i.e., Windows 8, Windows server 2012) of operating environments, are always a work-in-progress.

You must know your; POP3, SMTP settings, Account Names and Passwords.

Your choice of either SMTP or Email Client component. We recommend an Email Client Component.  NOTE-Liaison Messenger FORM requires an Email Client Component.

Email Client Components: Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, Lotus Notes, Novel Groupwise, and most "Standard MAPI" Clients (Optional)

If you do NOT plan on Emailing, the above requirements can be ignored.

Faxing
If you are not going to use Internet Faxing, we strongly recommend a dedicated phone line for faxing.  Any products or companies listed should be fully evaluated by you or your consultant. We are not recommending or endorsing any products listed here over any other product or company listed or not.

Internet Faxing: myfax.com, venali.net, send2fax.com, etc

Fax Software/Servers: Castelle, Microsoft Fax (transport), GFI Fax, FACsys, FaxFinder, any Microsoft Outlook Faxing Add-In Component. If your fax server is not listed here, please call us first.

If you do NOT plan on faxing, the above requirements can be ignored.
